1. Eligibility for Refunds: Course Cancellation: If Convergent Learning Solutions cancels a course for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
Participant Withdrawal: Participants may request a refund if they withdraw from a course before it begins. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the timing of the withdrawal and the course format (e.g., live sessions, self-paced).
2. Refund Procedure: Request: To request a refund, participants must contact Convergent Learning Solutions in writing or by email, stating the reason for the refund request and providing proof of payment.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of receiving the refund request and all necessary information.
3. Refund Amount: Course Not Started: If a participant withdraws from a course before it starts, they may be eligible for a full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable deposit or administrative fee as specified.
Course in Progress: If a participant withdraws after a course has started, refunds will be prorated based on the portion of the course completed, minus any applicable fees.
4. Non-Refundable Fees: Administrative Fees: Convergent Learning Solutions reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative fees from the refund amount to cover processing costs.
Materials and Resources: Fees paid for course materials, textbooks, or other resources are non-refundable once they have been accessed or delivered.
5. Payment Method:
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. If payment was made by credit card, refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the transaction.
